Set in an old castle (combined with a modern ‘extension’)... read more and all beside an ancient graveyard, the tour was very informative and gave an accurate depiction of the historical evolution of the local area. A big shout out must go to Angela, the barber, the archer and the head cook all of whom combined to provide a light hearted and educational experience. Thanks guys.

The guide was also wonderful and we learned not only about life hundreds of years ago but also about the medieval origin of some modern words.
